📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational managers, ensuring high performance and productivity.
• Implement and monitor manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including HACCP and ISO.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a steady and reliable supply of raw materials.
• Optimize resource utilization, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
• Represent Java Super Food at industry events and forums, fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management, with a proven track record in leading teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other relevant quality management certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and quality control software like QMS.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry, including knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards.
• Professional and ethical conduct, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity.
