📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
• Participate in budgeting activities, including the preparation of monthly and quarterly budgets, and tracking actuals against budgeted amounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your accounting and financial analysis skills.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies and initiatives.
