📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of IoT and AI-driven solutions for precision agriculture.
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities for innovative farming technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology into farming operations.
• Monitor and analyze data to optimize crop yields and resource usage.
• Develop training programs for farmers on the use of agritech tools and platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, researchers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for agritech solutions.
• Drive the company's innovation strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in agritech, agriculture, or a related industry.
• Proven track record in leading innovation projects and driving technological advancements.
• Strong understanding of IoT, AI, and data analytics tools such as TensorFlow, AWS IoT, and Tableau.
• Certification in AgriTech or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with farming practices and technologies in the Bangka Belitung region.
• Ability to travel and work in Pangkal Pinang and other locations as needed.
