📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other methodologies
• Optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues
• Implement and monitor process improvements to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective action plans
• Provide training and mentorship to production teams on best practices and improvement techniques
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on operational metrics
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, process improvement, or a related role
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other relevant manufacturing excellence methodologies
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proven track record of leading and implementing process improvements
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with all levels of the organization
