📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies that align with business objectives.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to create and deliver engaging community events and initiatives.
• Manage and analyze community feedback to continuously improve user experiences.
• Utilize tools like Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community members and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, event management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing community engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using tools like Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
