As a Housekeeping Attendant at The Kanjeng Hotels, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our hotel. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces are immaculate. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily room inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Use high-quality cleaning products and equipment.
• Handle linens, towels, and other laundry items.
• Assist in preparing rooms for check-in and check-out.
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
• Valid ID card and clean criminal record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to undergo a drug test and health check.
