Daily, you will analyze market trends, provide actionable recommendations, and support our sellers through every step of their e-commerce journey.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with SMEs to identify their business goals and challenges.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve online sales and visibility.
• Provide training and support on using Lazada's tools, including the Seller Center and Lazada Ads.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to sellers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer strategic advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs to ensure their long-term success on the platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotions to boost seller engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Lazada's Seller Center and Lazada Ads is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
