📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their tasks efficiently.,Optimize storage space to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.,Ensure accurate inventory records are maintained and updated regularly.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.,In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management, storage, and distribution.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
