🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local job market in Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
