📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services.,Ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and up-to-date.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts.,Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and correctness.,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing.,Train and mentor junior technical writers.,Participate in product development discussions to provide input on documentation needs and requirements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with API documentation and user manuals.,Strong communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
