📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Shop Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems.,Proficient in using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.
