📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems in large-scale construction projects.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure estimates are aligned with project requirements and constraints.,Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and vendor quotes to provide reliable cost estimates.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.,Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and present them to the project team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.,Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project strategies.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP estimation for large-scale construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.,Proficiency in using estimation software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Excel).,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
