📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for construction projects in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.,Conduct quantity surveys and prepare bills of quantities for construction projects.,Analyze project data to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.,Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates are aligned with project goals.,Maintain and update cost databases and estimation tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Provide regular progress reports and updates to clients and internal teams.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for cost estimation and quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation and quantity surveying for construction projects.,Proven experience working on US construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.
