📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers, ensuring their needs are met and their shopping experience is enjoyable.,Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and any inquiries they may have.,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges in a timely and accurate manner.,Promote Watsons products and services, and participate in in-store events and promotions.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space, ensuring all products are displayed according to company standards.,Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.,Assist with inventory management tasks, including stock taking and replenishment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints or issues professionally.,Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid ID card and ability to work in Bali.,Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional shopping experiences.
