AETHER Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor security systems and respond to alarms or breaches.,Patrol designated areas to prevent and deter unauthorized access.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections.,Enforce security policies and procedures.,Interview and screen visitors and delivery personnel.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.,Participate in emergency response and evacuation procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education.,Previous experience as a Security Guard is preferred.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Valid ID and security clearance.,Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Knowledge of basic first aid is a plus.
