AKR Corporindo is seeking a talented and experienced Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Branch Manager to join our team in Kotabaru, Kalimantan Selatan. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement SHE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on SHE best practices and procedures.,Monitor and evaluate SHE performance metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address SHE concerns and incidents.,Ensure the proper disposal and management of hazardous materials and waste.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Health, Environment, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in SHE management, preferably in a similar industry.,Certification in SHE management (e.g., OSHA, IOSH, NEBOSH) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using SHE management software and tools.
