📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic people development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Design and deliver training programs using various learning and development tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and LinkedIn Learning.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Foster a positive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with senior management to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
