📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement processes.,Monitor and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives.,Handle logistics and transportation arrangements.,Provide support to the management team in strategic planning and decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of logistics and transportation management is a plus.
