📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead PDCA cycles to drive continuous improvement in operational processes.
• Analyze operational data using tools like Power BI and Excel to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on process improvements and operational metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process optimization.
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to enhance operational skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational process optimization, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Strong understanding of PDCA methodology and lean principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
