📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design and development of battery and charger systems using industry-standard tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to ensure product viability and compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers and other stakeholders to integrate mechanical components with electronic systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including CAD drawings, schematics, and user manuals.
• Perform stress analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize product performance and durability.
• Participate in product testing and validation processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions to enhance product performance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development, with a focus on battery and charger systems.
• Proven expertise in using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, including stress analysis, FEA, and material science.
• Experience with electrical and electronic systems integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
