Sehati Dian Bakery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and budgeting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
