Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training, motivation, and performance feedback.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and industry standards.,Monitor and analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Knowledge of local regulations, industry standards, and best practices in restaurant operations.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales growth.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other restaurant management software.
