In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our products, as well as leading and mentoring our QC team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor the QC team to ensure they are following best practices and meeting quality standards.
  • Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure that products meet our quality standards.
  • Identify and address quality issues, and work with other departments to implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality processes.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on quality performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QC or quality assurance role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with quality control software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
