📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee inventory management and stock control to maintain optimal levels.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and tools.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, with good English communication skills.,Valid SIM (Driver's License) and clean driving record.
