📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and deter unauthorized access.

Conduct regular security checks and inspections.

Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly.

Enforce security policies and procedures.

Maintain communication with local law enforcement agencies.

Provide security training and awareness programs for employees.

Ensure compliance with all security regulations and laws.

Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security roles.

Knowledge of security systems and equipment.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Valid security clearance and legal right to work in Indonesia.

First Aid certification is a plus.

Fluent in Indonesian and English.
