📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance reviews.,Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of managing staff and ensuring high service standards.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of basic inventory management and accounting principles.,Good knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and cultural preferences.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
