📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.
  • Assist in the administration of employee records and payroll.
  • Support the HR team in conducting performance appraisals and coaching.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
  • Support the HR team in managing the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
