📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of business transformation initiatives, focusing on process optimization and automation.
• Support the team in analyzing business processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Work with SAP and Salesforce to design and implement automation solutions that enhance our operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging technologies and trends that can drive digital innovation.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for business processes and automation solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a Masters or Degree program in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM) tools and concepts.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
