📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Distribute and promote Wismilak products to retailers and consumers in Jabung and surrounding areas.
• Implement Point of Sale Materials (POSM) to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth product distribution and delivery.
• Participate in market research activities to gather insights on consumer behavior.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the Wismilak brand positively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field marketing or a related role.
• Proven track record in promoting FMCG products and implementing POSM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
