📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory control and stock management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and storage of goods.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and support to warehouse staff to ensure high standards of performance.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the warehousing industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
