As an Assistant Learning Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of learning programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs and initiatives.,Support the Learning and Development team in organizing training sessions and workshops.,Coordinate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and requirements.,Develop and maintain learning materials and resources.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of learning programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Maintain accurate records of learning activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the planning and execution of learning events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
