📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Participate in store promotions and events to boost sales.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the construction or hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in business or related field preferred.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
