📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of IT solutions that align with the strategic goals of Liberty Commercial Center.
• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT challenges, proposing innovative solutions.
• Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading IT projects and initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networking, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams.
