PT Mandiri Luhur is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations efficiently. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that our vehicles are well-maintained, drivers are trained, and all fleet-related activities are carried out smoothly. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are trained and certified.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.,Oversee fuel management and ensure cost-effective fuel consumption.,Track and manage vehicle insurance and registration documents.,Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety regulations.,Generate and maintain fleet reports and records.,Coordinate with external vendors for fleet services and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related field.,Proficient in using fleet management software.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
