📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.,Manage departmental budgets and resources, ensuring financial sustainability.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.,Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address departmental challenges and opportunities, driving continuous improvement.,Represent the department in company-wide initiatives and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar organization.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving departmental performance.,Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
